Replace Policy

We hope you love your purchase! But if your product arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos showing the defect or damage.

2. Replacement Process

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Return Shipping
If we approve the replacement, we will share instructions for returning the damaged item (if required) and send your replacement item quickly.

4. Exceptions

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for replacement.
